As of today, we also keep the distfiles of the packages in our packages
collection on ftp.netbsd.org, the path ist /pub/NetBSD/packages/distfiles. 
The collection is ~100MB right now, so anyone caring to mirror (or not to
mirror) knows what's coming up, don't be too surprised. :)

I've also updated bsd.port.mk to look at ftp.netbsd.org prior to
ftp.freebsd.org; this change is on the trunk at the moment, and I hope it
will be in 1.3 too.
