Ok, today (saturday), there are much less people downloading images from
www.playboy.com in France :), so ping shows only 10% packet loss 
from LIP6 to ftp.netbsd.org. I've been able to get my 30 files whithout
connextion close.

But I still think there is a problem. 34% packet loss should'nt prevent
TCP from working (with >50% things become difficult), and I've used ftp in
much worse situations, I was always able to transfer a 100k file.
And I didn't have any problem to log in ftp.netbsd.org. Just the transfer
would die after a few 10's of Kb has been loaded.
Perhaps a timeout value to low ?
