That's "ch.c" ... the SCSI changer driver.  Note that <sys/chio.h>, the
header file that defines the ioctl interface to it, goes out of its
way to try to avoid saying "SCSI".  It does point at a SCSI driver,
but only as a warning to not reorder some constants.

If you could point me at a specification for this ioctl set, then
I would be interested in implementing it, since my ioctl interface
is intended to do the same thing.
