  In today's SUP:

../../../../netinet/ip_auth.c: In function `fr_auth_ioctl':
../../../../netinet/ip_auth.c:326: warning: implicit declaration of function `SPLNET'
../../../../netinet/ip_auth.c:388: warning: implicit declaration of function `SPLX'
../../../../netinet/ip_auth.c:238: warning: `s' might be used uninitialized in this function
../../../../netinet/ip_auth.c: In function `fr_authexpire':
../../../../netinet/ip_auth.c:438: warning: `s' might be used uninitialized in t

  Looking in netinet/ip_auth.h, I see:

# if defined(NetBSD) && NetBSD <= 1991011 && NetBSD >= 199407

  This test makes no sense to me... I think it should be 199711, not 1991011.
