I tried to install the netpbm package, but it gave the following error:
Error: mtree file "/etc/mtree/BSD.x11.dist" is missing.
Copy it from a suitable location (e.g., /usr/src/etc/mtree) and try again.
So where's a suitable location? I don't have a BSD.x11.dist in
/usr/src/etc/mtree, and neither does ftp.netbsd.org.
