I have a Pentium running 1.3_ALPHA which is acting as a multicast router.
mrouted is logging the following warnings:
Nov 23 14:05:03 sport mrouted[195]: warning - age_table_entry: SIOCGETSGCNT failing for (130.207.3.208 224.2.16.22): Invalid argument
Nov 23 14:05:03 sport mrouted[195]: warning - age_table_entry: SIOCGETSGCNT failing for (198.128.82.109 231.253.143.224): Invalid argument
Nov 23 14:05:09 sport mrouted[195]: logging too fast, shutting up for 10 minutes
Nov 24 13:45:16 sport mrouted[196]: warning - kernel entry already exists for (204.198.75.133 224.2.16.22)
Nov 24 13:45:16 sport mrouted[196]: warning - kernel entry already exists for (131.243.1.27 224.2.163.53)
Nov 24 13:46:09 sport mrouted[196]: logging too fast, shutting up for 10 minutes
And lots more of the same. Are these normal messages? Does this
indicate a problem in the machine, the code, or the rest of our
multicast setup (which is not under my control, tho I can bug people
if need be).
