  Yes--all that info is in PR 3518.  In summary, the differences are the same
as before the problem appeared.  And, anyhow, both pre- and post-failure
copies of uucico behave the same way with pre- and post-failure kernels:
they work just fine with pre-failure kernels and fail with post-failure
kernels.
