It would be very appropo to unveil the new logo with 1.3.
  As Thomas says on his web page, logo #4 is probably the best.

  I would like to have Logo #5 with the pitch-fork lowered as a
thumbnail, and the logo #4 for www.netbsd.org, and other places where
it had to be more prominent.
  It would also be nice if we had a stock web page that one could
refer to (ideally from the logo) that had the official
"acknowledgements" on it.
