It is needed to create a entry for this card in ne2000dev[] in
if_ne_pcmcia.c and build a new kernel.  It seems enet_maddr and
enet_vendor[] of this card are listed inside #if 0 / #endif (though i
don't know whether they are correct value or not:-).
