In order to clean up a few things to support PCMCIA in NetBSD 1.3, I
had to change the location of the "com" driver and its declaration.

The ports most affected are the arm32, pica, and x68k. The former,
Mark Brinicombe has made the necessary adjustments, and will commit
them soon. The latter two required the renaming of those ports' drivers.

No one else should really notice. However, you _WILL_ have to rerun
config(8) on your kernel config file.

If you notice any problems, please submit a bug report ASAP!

Thanks!
