hi!

i've imported and merged 4.4BSD Lite-2's lpr software (lpd, lpr, lpq,
lprm, etc), and also merged a heap of FreeBSD (and one or two OpenBSD)
changes into our lpr.  i've done some minimal testing of this but i
do not have any real printers available so i can not be sure that it
still works correctly!

after the next sup, please let me know if your lpr configuration
continues to work!  if you find any problems, use send-pr to submit a
bug report and i will address it ASAP.
