Unfortunately all the xntp documentation comes as html; jason and I converted
a few pages to mandoc, but apparently we missed some. i don't have the time
to deal with this now, but if you grab the original xntp distribution, you'll
find the referenced page... If you can convert it to mandoc format and
commit it, you'll have server mankind :-)
