For those who don't know where dmr is (;-) the URL for the manual set
is http://plan9.bell-labs.com/7thEdMan/ It's still useful reading.
I tend to tell people who ask "how on earth did you do >that< in vi"
to go and read the vol2/adv.ed.bun from there -- the advanced
"ed" tutorial :-)
dmr's home page http://cm.bell-labs.com/who/dmr/ has some historical
papers and bwk's home page has papers and code (no surprise :-)
