Yes. For two reasons, at least:
* many (most?) NetBSD systems will not have networking and mail
set up right the first time they are booted -- do we want the
users first experience with NetBSD to be a rather mysterious
mail bounce?
* It's certainly the user's prerogative not to send mail to us
-- does TNF really need to know about everytime I install or
update one of turner's or my NetBSD boxes?
