Hi,

I imported a new ip-filter version (3.2beta5) and added WARNS?=1 to
src/usr.sbin/ipf/Makefile.inc, so it should build ipf with -Wall
 -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes.
I tested it on m68k (amiga) and i386, but it is possible that it fail
on the alpha.
It should be available in about 13hours, after the next supscan finished.
