Before someone else writes this "sollution":

I know that I can restrict my system to guest only mode by putting
these lines into "/etc/ftpusers":

anonymous allow
ftp allow
* deny

But this applies to *all* systems. I only force guest mode for "alien"
system via "twist" line in "/etc/hosts.allow" which starts "ftpd"
with option "-g".
