I was perusing the 4.4BSD PRM published by O'Reilly, and I noticed
that the mp(3) library routines are missing from NetBSD.
Was this an unintentional omission, or a deliberate decision that the
the mp(3) interface sucks, or was it due to lack of an available
entropy -- it's not just a good idea, it's the second law.
