I'm (slowly) working on a GUS PNP driver and I'm to the point
where I really need to know the semantics of the stuff in struct
audio_hw_if.  Is there an online or print reference for it? I could
work it out from existing drivers, but I'd rather have a reference
to make sure I'm doing it right if possible.
