It seems that the tmac.andoc file doesn't get installed when groff is
built and installed. Which file should be linked to tmac.andoc in
/usr/share/tmac to correct this problem?

P.S. Thank you Perry for pointing out the src/etc/Makefile with regard to
creating the tree. Mtree was the thing I didn't know about.
