I just fixed mkdep and lorder so that they use the proper CC and NM,
depending on what values the user has given those environment
variables and the user's path. This fixes a couple of cross-compiling
I'm mentioning it here because it requires the fix to sh's "type"
builtin that was made today. If you run into problems with the new
lorder and mkdep, make sure you're running a current 'sh'.
