Not really. Looking at a typical message:

Content-Type: message/rfc822

Date: 18 Jul 1997 17:50:01 -0000
Message-ID: <19970718175001.1325.qmail@mail.NetBSD.ORG>

Subject: NetBSD master CVS tree commits

Fri Jul 18 10:47:00 PDT 1997
Update of /cvsroot/src/bin/sh
In directory netbsd1:/var/slash-tmp/cvs-serv641

Modified Files:
Log Message:
Cast the result of pointer arithmetic to "long", and use %ld to print it.

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

In this case you would should add the `src/bin/sh' part to the
subject. If you have different updates in different directories, you
only use the common part. This is not perfect, but is a lot better
than nothing, IMO.
