In case there is anyone else with a ProAudio Spectrum sound card running 
-current, are you having trouble with it not showing up?  Some printfs
have revealed that it probes OK but appears to drop out after being configured;
sbdsp_reset() is failing.  I'm going to try to compare with the 1.2 sources to
see what's being done differently (with an eye toward timing changes), but maybe
someone else is further along investigating this.
