During the `make depend' from a `make build' on src/domestic/lib/libss I
got the following during compilation on my VAX:
===> libss
if [ ! -h kerberosIV ]; then ln -s . kerberosIV; fi
mk_cmds std_rqs.ct
mk_cmds: not found
*** Error code 1
Stop.

The command mk_cmds exists nowhere on my system. How should I fix this?
(apart from hopping past this lib).
