It seems major problem about the license is:
1. (a) (ii) ... must be included within each copy of all
(b) (ii) each copy of all accompanying or associated
documentation, in any medium.
2. The following Acknowledgement ... The Acknowledgment
must be conspicuously and completely displayed whenever ...
are mentioned in advertising, marketing ...
These conditions seems to be very hard to achieve even if it is the
NetBSD distribution, because
 What is *all* documentation ?
We cannot advertise/market NetBSD without displaying
How about changing these into:
changing "all documentation" to "one of major documentation"
revert this to standard Berkley Copyright item. 3
