I think there is some movement afoot to do a release in the next
couple of months, but I think the current notion is that bus_dma will
be in it, not out of it.

I'm not so sure. I think its a question (mostly) of getting the
release engineering down to a science.

Anyway, lets see what happens with 1.3 before we contemplate 1.4...
