I've made several futile attempts at teaching mail to include *complete*
headers on ~m/~f.  Can anyone suggest to me what the syntax looks like
for a .mailrc?  If this means I see complete headers all the time, fine
by me.  Enough of my mail is junk mail these days that it would actually
save me time.
