The -current versions of those make frequent referance to ${INSTALL} but
that doesn't appear to be defined anywhere. This results in things like
this when trying to ``make build'':
===> lib/libcurses
-d /src/1/OS/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/obj/build/usr/include
-d: not found
I'm currently running a 1.2E kernel with 1.2.1 binaries, should I use the
1.2D binary snapshot as a starting point instead?
