Do I really want to subscribe myself to each list multiple times? It's
not like I have a lot of time to read the lists I'm subscribed to now...
or the increased bandwidth necessary to support such a configuration, for
that matter.

Sure, spam is annoying. I get a _lot_ of it, compared to most folks I
know. However, the level is not nearly so much that I would even begin to
consider this particular solution to it. It's far more inconvenient to
have to transfer and sort out all of the duplicate messages than it is to
simply delete the few offending ones... the amount of anti-spam traffic
generated has already far exceeded the actual volume of the spam itself.

Consider this my public plea to not implement this behavior on our mailing
lists.
