No hacks are necessary. Just add something like
sendmail : .cyberpromo.com .ispam.com \
205.199.2. 207.124.161. 207.124.161. 205.199.212. 208.5.10. : deny
to your /etc/hosts.allow and you're set. (If you're using a NetBSD
more than a couple of months old, you may need to recompile sendmail
with tcp wrappers turned on, and possibly even install tcpd first.)
