In -current, if ypbind isn't started with -broadcast, and
/var/yp/binding/domainname.ypservers exists, then ypbind parses
this file and for each server listed on a separate line, it tries
to bind to it explicitly.

ypbind(8) gives more details, as does the source :)

I don't know if this is in 1.2.1, but I know thorpej implemented
this based on a patch of mine about October 1996.
