Subject: vmstat -m formatting changed slightly

Just a short note:
the "MSDOSFS mount" kernel memory type name is too wide for the %12s format
used for the by-type table in the vmstat -m output.
I changed it to %14s. This will break naive parsing scripts. However,
they wouldn't have parsed the up-to-yesterday "MSDOSFS mount" line,
anyway, so I don't think this is too evil.
