...pretty certain there isn't... I even watched it build, and it passed
those flags to the compiler.  My /etc/mk.conf says:

SYS_INCLUDE=	symlinks
OBJMACHINE=	TRUE
USESUBDIR=	TRUE
BSDSRCDIR=	/work/netbsd/src
