Of course!   It's been discussed before.   Unfortunately, it's hard -
there's the toolchain problem, and there's the intermediate executable
problem, and no doubt a host of other problems I'm not even thinking
about.   The BSD userland build environment was not designed with
cross-development in mind.   :'(
