I now have a patched mail.local.c which obeys the disk quota if a new
option '-q' is given to it.  You can grab the diff (based on the
mail.local.c of NetBSD 1.2) from http://www.jmp.fi/~jmarin/mailquota.diff
for testing.  Remember to add the -q option to the sendmail configuration
file and enable quotas on /var.

I've also been working on a tool which can add/remove/modify users in
/etc/passwd non-interactively (great for creating N+1 users automacigally).
It's not finished yet, but I can give away the source sometime soon..
