Driver for the Qlogic "Intelligent SCSI Processor" (or something like
that) SCSI chip.

That chip has appeared on Sbus boards, on PCI boards, and is the
built-in SCSI controller on some higher-end Alpha workstations and
some Alpha server systems. It's a microcoded engine which is
apparently similar in some ways to the aic7xxx family of chips.

As previously noted, Matt Jacob wrote the driver.
