I just committed some changes from Charles Hannum that should fix
both of the recent major problems with the VM code, namely:

	- Processes would "hang" in "vosca1" or "vostrm" after
	  paging activity.

	- The system would appear to "leak" vnodes, causing
	  "vnode table full" messages, and dramitic descreases
	  in performance.

Many many many thanks to Charles Hannum for working on this.

I am running the SUP scanner right now, so you should be able to SUP
the changes in a couple of hours.

If you have any more problems like the ones described here, please
submit a bug report with send-pr(1).
