I have an oldish Sun 150 MB QIC drive.  If I try to read a 150 MB cartridge
with it, I get:

Feb  7 20:56:54 taniemarie /netbsd: st0: bad request, must be between 0 and 512

or something similar.

If I write a 150 meg tape with it, it then generally works, but occasionally
attempts to do this panic it.  !?!
