As far as I know, this isn't possible with the standard NetBSD
releases.

With -current, it might be possible:

IPNAT(1)                                                 IPNAT(1)

NAME
       ipnat - user interface to the NAT

SYNOPSIS
       ipnat [ -lnrsv ] -f <filename>
