this is exactly why there is no 'install' target in /etc.  you're supposed
to 'do it all by hand' so that things like what you did don't happen.  :-)


i think having an m68k /usr/bin/make that DTRT for all m68k platforms is a
good thing, and shouldn't be too hard to do.  christos?  :-)
