The following entry works with a HP JetDirect which has the mysterious
"lpr" Simm.  Basically, all we needed was JetDirect address
(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) and the remote printer name argument (text).  I'm
sorry I can't remember the model of either the Simm or JetDirect...but
it has been a while.
