I have upgraded src/lib/libpcap to version 0.2.1 from LBL.  This
version has some new features; see src/lib/libpcap/CHANGES for
details.

Make sure you 'make includes' before trying to build src/lib/libpcap;
the new version required a minor change in <sys/bpf.h>.

If you have any problems with the new libpcap let me know.
