Hi,

recently the amount of mail spams has increased. To protect us
against this, I'd like to propose the following change to 
the way our mailing lists are handled.

Only people who have subscribed to a mailing list are able to
send mail to it. If someone sends mail to a list he isn't
subscribed to, a mail should be returned giving info on who to
subscribe to the mailing list.

How's that sound?
