   Piffle.  Just because another mailing list exists that you happen to
   think should be more appropriate doesn't mean that it is.
   
   If it's a discussion about NetBSD, then it's perfectly reasonable to
   hold it on a NetBSD list.  current-users may not be the best choice,
   though, but i'd say that it's better than a list that's elsewhere.

but it isn't just about netbsd.  i would *hope* that netbsd, freebsd and
maybe even openbsd could all come to have the same LKM interface so that
LKM's can be much more easily shared.
