I have a patch for 'who', if anyone is interested, in which when one
supplies a '-r' flag, the ut_host is passed to gethostbyaddr() for
resolution (if it appears to be an IP address).  This after I became
uncertain as to whether or not the resolver was working.

If there is sufficient interest, I will send-pr it.
