Well, it turns out that anonymous ftp can't find my home directory 
on PUMA (aka ftp.macbsd.com).  So, I've uploaded the file into the 
/pub/incoming directory.  Maybe Allen can move it to some more 
appropriate location?

For now, at least, you can get my PPP Dial-on-Demand kit from

    ftp://ftp.macbsd.com/pub/incoming/ppp-dod.tgz

Note:  you won't be able to cd to incoming and do an ls.  Just use 
the GET command to retrieve the file!
