Well, ftping or doing a sup are both pretty much the same deal.

The question is building, actually. Going from 1.0A to 1.2A is Very
Very Hard. I'm sure it could be done, but it would be painful. I would
suggest, instead, that you download the 1.2 distribution and install
it, and then start tracking current.
