Has the large MSDOS partitions problem been 'fixed' yet, or is there something
I might yet need to do to be able to read a 1.6G dos partition?  

I'm going to take my BSD box as a primary tool for a work related project.
We're going to be in eastern Montana (bfe for all you across the pond), and
among other things, I'd like to use BSD to transfer files and whatnot.
