Is there a central record or registry of which of the struct
ctrldebug debug0 through struct ctrldebug debug19 are currently
being used in distribution kernels? How about which ones are and
are not likely to be committed? It would be nice to be able to add
a few of these to a local debugging kernel with the comfort of
knowing that they won't get stomped on by a future import.
