Recently, trying to strip an executable for my soon-to-be-running Sparc,
I discovered that I can't even strip an executable for a non-68k platform
correctly on a 68k machine.

Does anyone out there do much cross-compilation?  If so, how do you set
it up?

(This would help me a *lot* in getting my sparcs running, as every sparc
machine I own, put together, is about two thirds as fast as my Amiga.)
