What do you think should be done in the examples cited? Would you
insert a

	#ifdef <arch>
	#include <mi/archthing.h>
	#endif
for every instance of MD in MI? 

I think for code under 1/2 screenfull on 24x80, inline MD diffs are
perfectly acceptable. 

I think entire MD routines and methods are not acceptable in MI. 

On that test, bounce fails doesn't it?

This has degenerated beyond even religious warefare.
